Here is the million dollar question: When should I service my heating and cooling system in Vancouver Washington? That is a great question!  Should I service it prior to winter to test for carbon monoxide? Well, that probably wouldn't hurt. Or should I check it in the summer to test for refrigerant levels, coil cleanliness, and amp draws? Both of these bring up very valid arguments as to when this should be done. Here is the real answer: A couple times during the year Dan's Top Notch has a PM special where this service is DRASTICALLY DISCOUNTED and is over $100.00 OFF! Our maintenance program twice per year is reduced from $175.00 for the service down to $69.95! That is over $100.00 dollars off. (Same Great Service.) Just drastically reduces! Normally this sale is prior to winter and after summer is over. The other is just after winter while waiting for summer. If you would like to be on our call list for this reduced service please call and talk to Tomi in our office. (360) 835-9364 or toll free (800) 580-2550. Call today! With the coupon below it is not to late right now! Call today!

Today would be a great day to stop by and visit the Elderly and the Disabled in your neighborhood. On really cold days they may not tell you they are cold and that the heat is not working. Or perhaps after a snow and then a hard rain, they may flood. Perhaps they do not have the money, and they do not want to complain or bother you. Today would be a great day to just stop in and share a cup of coffee tea, and say hello. While you are there, check their water and make sure it flows. Check the power and make sure it is on and they are staying warm. Look for flood hazards around the crawl space vents. If they are warm with no problems a quick chat a hug and you are on your way knowing they are fine. If they need help you will know by this simple visit and be able to help. In the event any of you are needing help with your heating system please call us at Dan's Top Notch Heating and Cooling inc. We do furnace and a/c as well as heat pump repair in Vancouver Wa and surrounding areas. We are licensed for both Washington and Oregon. Thank you and have a great day. We offer complete air duct cleaning with the Rotobrush XP duct cleaning machine.

How duct cleaning works

We will remove the register/vent covers at each location

The RotoBrush is then inserted from the register side and cleans out each duct run individually

The system will run clockwise on the way into the duct and then reverse to counter clockwise to clean on the way out of the duct as well.

The dirt is trapped in a large bag inside our duct cleaning machine, and the exhaust passes through two hepa filters on its way out, this system does not create or blow dust and dirt around in your home while we are cleaning.

After all of the ducts have been cleaned, we can check the duct runs with our video inspection to make sure we have done the best possible job for you and your family.

We also offer an additional air duct system sanitizing with our RotoBrush Fogger system, this is the last step after everything else is done. We place the fogger at the return air of your HVAC system and let the fan pull the system sanitizer through all the air ducts. This sanitizer will help prevent the growth of mold and mildew inside your ducts.
